Secular Congress and Osama Ji
Congress is ruling India by voters for two reasons .
One stability and second "SECULAR".
Congress is so secular that Congressii like Digvijay Sngh called OSAMA BIN Laden as .. "Osama JI" .. JI in India is used with name to show respect for elder or for designation or for religious Guru.
