That this road was just two lane. Today this temple encroached 10x15 feet land in between the highway road.

भारत को कांग्रेस से मुक्ति दिलाने के लिए  १.२ अरब भारतीयों की तरफ से धन्यवाद !! आप ने गाँधी जी की इच्छा पूरी कर दी !! कोटि कोटि धन्यवाद !! 

वैसे तो आप से लोगो को हजारो लाखो  उम्मीदे है ,सपने है| 

मेरी भी एक  इच्छा है एक उम्मीद है आपसे जो शायद आप ही पूरी कर पाए;

क्योंकि आपके पास पूरे भारत वर्ष के लोगो का समर्थन है और सबसे बड़ी बात पूरे भारत के माध्यम वर्ग का समर्थन है !!

हमारे देश में TRAI है ,  जो की पूरे देश के टेलिकॉम ऑपरेटर को निर्देशित करती है की वो कॉल रेट ५० पैसे रखे या ७५ पैसे !!

हमारे देश में एक SEBI है जो की इन्वेस्टर का पैसा शेयर मार्किट में सुरक्षित रखने का काम करती है !!

हमारे यंहा IRDA है जो इन्सुरांस कम्पनीयों पर लगाम रखती है !!

परन्तु हमारे यंहा ऐसे कोई संस्था नहीं है जो की  2 -२० लाख का  प्लाट या मकान  खरीदने वालो के हितों का ख्याल रखे !! मध्यमवर्ग परिवार जीवन भर की कमाई एक मकान खरीदने बनाने में लगा देता है !! और उसके लाखों रूपये का ख्याल रखने को कोई संस्था नहीं है !!

मेरा आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है की आपको एक भारत वर्षीया संस्था बनानी चाहिए जो हर  नए कालोनी , आवासीय प्रोजेक्ट को नियंत्रित करे , झुग्गी झोपड़ियों का नियमन , सर्किल रेट का निर्दारण करे !! अभी सब कुछ बाहुबली , नेताओ और बड़े बड़े उद्योगपतियों जैसे DLF,आम्रपाली , SUPERTECH , SHOBHA !!  जैसे बिल्डर लोगो के नियंत्रण में है , बेचते समय जंहा प्रोजेक्ट और सोसाइटी को जन्नत की सुविधाओं के परिपूरण दिखाते है और जब देते है तो कुछ भी नहीं होता है !! २० - २० फ्लोर के टावर में मूलभूत आग बुझाने की सुविधा भी नहीं होती है !! 8 टावर बोल कर १०-११ टावर बना देते है ये बिल्डर .. नॉएडा सेक्टर ९३ में SUPERTECH ने जो किया वो पूरे भारत वर्ष में डेवलपर एंड बिल्डर लॉबी के शोषण का एक छोटा सा नमूना है !!

१५ फ्लोर के २५ फ्लोर कर दिए जाते है !! कार पार्किंग के नाम पर 5 - 5 लाख रुपे लिए जा रहे है !!! 

मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है आपसे  की आप इस दिशा में इमानदार प्रयास करेंगे , और १०० दिन ना सही लेकिन १-2 साल में एक शक्तिशाली और  प्रभावी संस्था बनायेंगे जो बिल्डरओं की मनमानी को ख़तम कर पायेगी !!!  #ModiPMFor20Years #ModiFan

प्रिय नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ,

आपने नारा दिया देश को बचाना है तो कांग्रेस को भागना है,
दिल्ली की जनता ने आपकी बात मानी और
32 सीटें बीजेपी को दी और 28 सीटें AAP को दी !
जनादेश था की या तो बीजेपी सरकार बनाये या आप सरकार बनाये !
लेकिन कांग्रेस प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से सरकार ना बनाये , यह स्पष्ट जनादेश था !
बीजेपी ने क्यूँ नहीं जनता के जनादेश को माना ? जो ये चाहती थी की एक सरकार बने जिसमे कांग्रेस की कोई भागीदारी ना हो !!

बीजेपी ने भी यही कहा था की जनता पर एक और चुनाव का बोझ ना डाला जाए !!

बीजेपी के पास एक अवसर था .. AAP को सपोर्ट दे कर दिल्ली से एक नयी साफ़ सुथरी राजनीति शुरू करने का !!!

बीजेपी की 32 सीटें + आप की 28 सीटें कुल 60 .. इतना बहुमत होता अरविन्द केजरीवाल के पास की वो दिल्ली से हर भ्रष्टाचार को ख़तम कर सकते थे .. !!!

क्यूँ आपने दिल्ली की जनता को धोखा दिया और उनको थमा दी एक सरकार जिसकी डोर कांग्रेस के हाँथ में है ?

मोदी जी दिल्ली की 32 सीटों की जनता आप पर विश्वास करती है तो 28 सीटों की जनता AAP पर भी विश्वास करती है !!!

In Other cities like Delhi ,  Bangalore thought of his presence is enough to behave the unruly crowd of vehicles in predictable way.
Come to Ghaziabad/Noida  it seems traffic police are really as helpless as any common man.

SUVs ,BMWs and Sports Vehicles owned by Bahubalis (Goons and local dons (local Politicians to be more precise )) .

Ghaziabad full of persons who doesn't mind spitting in the lift of his own apartment.
It is common to see on road that driver sitting in  BMW open his car door and spit gutka on road. and YES he is owner of   that vehicle .

Noida is full of software engineers (Team lead , Managers ) who don't speak much in office because they always keep "Chaini Khaini " in their mouth and have a pouch in pocket.

There is no difference between literate , illiterate and semi-literate , yes no difference at all.
